Refugee Entrepreneurship Coordinator (.50 FTE)

$22.55/hr-$28.72/hr; Commensurate w/Training and Experience

The Economic Development Department is accepting applications for a Refugee Entrepreneurship Coordinator. Will plan and implement a strategic community-based program and outreach effort for refugee and immigrant small businesses and entrepreneurs in order to achieve measurable economic impact. Primary responsibility is to develop culturally appropriate coaching, mentoring and training services that help establish and develop job creation and business startups within refugee and immigrant populations while increasing the growth of refugee/immigrant-owned businesses and entrepreneurs, in close partnership with the local resettlement agency as required and/or needed. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management or a related field; with minimum 3 years related experience. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
