An understanding of Economic Development operations are ideal. We are looking for an outgoing individual who is comfortable talking to people and promoting the City of Sugar Land and its offerings. What We Need From You as a Promotions Assistant
As a Promotions Assistant, you will serve as a key community ambassador for Visit Sugar Land and the Office of Economic Development as the first line of representation at community appearances and other grassroots events to market and promote the City of Sugar Land as a competitive meeting, corporate, and leisure destination, and as a strategic location for business investment and an economic powerhouse.
 
If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to speak with you:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of practical experience in grassroots marketing, retail or customer service environment. 
• Class C Texas Driver’s License 
• CPR and AED Certified (If not certified at the time of hire, candidate must be certified within 30 days of hire)
