The City of Midwest City is currently accepting applications for Executive Administrative Assistant in the City Manager’s Office. The incumbent is responsible for the day to day operations of the City Manager's Office, performing administrative support to City Manager(s), Mayor and Council. Including but not limited to clerical items utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.The incumbent coordinates the City Council agenda items. The incumbent handles public inquiries, complaints, may research and coordinate special projects and reports as assigned.  The incumbent reports directly to the City Manager, but in his/her absence may report to the Assistant City Manager and/or the Director of Operations as assigned by the City Manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science; plus five (5) years related experience and/or training and seven (7) to eleven (11) months of related management experience. Must pass clerical tests related to the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite. Valid OK Driver’s License and must be insurable. Starting Salary: $24.7325-$26.1878/hr. w/Benefits.
