Duties include managing a variety of zoning, subdivision plat, landscape plan and development plan applications; verifying zoning for various customers; drafting amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; providing assistance to citizens, outside agencies and City personnel regarding utilization of land and physical facilities; conducting research; compiling and analyzing data; preparing maps, graphics and reports; and similar current planning duties.  Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or a related field; and five years of relevant experience required.
