Responsible for the efficient and effective operations of Municipal Court. Plans, directs, and supervises functions, operations, and staff in compliance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure within Municipal Court to include court services, fines administration, case flow and records management, procurement, facilities, contractual services and budget administration. Must posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice with two years of supervisory experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must posses a valid driver license. Must complete application Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Judicial training program within first year of appointment and on an annual basis. Must obtain a minimum of Level I Certification through the Texas Municipal Court Education Center before the initial two year appointment expires. Must be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Must be willing to perform duties as needed after normal working hours, on holidays and weekends. (Req#2019-0103)
