Case Manager

Conducts in-home and center-based interviews with English and Spanish speaking clients in order to provide services to protect the health and safety of senior clients; determines services needed, program eligibility, and assigns services; monitors client progress. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field AND two years of experience in casework management and community service programs for the elderly and disabled communities; OR a combination of education, experience, and training may be applied in accordance with City of Las Cruces policy. Valid driver's license is required.
