Description | CLASS TITLE: Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources MONTHLY RATE: D.O.Q. DEPARTMENT: Organizational Development & Human Resources POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general administrative direction of the City Manager, the Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of professional development to enable and lead a high performance culture for the organization.
