Salary: $11.35 per hour, part-time 

The City of Southlake is searching for a customer focused team player who is passionate about providing world class customer service to a world class community. The purpose of this position is to provide and monitor customer-focused programs, membership services and facility operations for the Recreation Division. This is accomplished by delivering exceptional guest services which include greeting all guests upon arrival, interacting with citizens, volunteers, City officials, employees and the general public. Other duties include providing general support to the Recreation Division.

Essential Functions:

• Customer Focused Membership Services: Provides and monitors guest services including, but not limited to: facility rentals, child watch, birthday parties, indoor playground, fitness floor, gym, artificial turf, water slides, programs and events. Executes the setup, cleanup and breakdown of programs, events, and activities.
• Safety: Ensures the overall safety, health and welfare of all individuals participating in programming and using the recreation facilities and services of the City. Monitors facility spaces including, but not limited to: child watch, classrooms, party rooms, indoor playground, fitness rooms, fitness floor, gym, artificial turf, and water slides.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Texas Driver's License.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, American Red Cross CPR Certification.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, American Red Cross First Aid and AED Certification.
• Early morning, evening, weekend and holiday work required.
