Pay Rate: $17.51/hour

This position performs procedures that will ensure that all the City’s purchases are in compliance with State and Federal law, the City Charter, and City ordinances and policies. This position will also verify property owners are complying with hotel occupancy tax ordinances. This individual will provide support to the Finance staff with daily office needs and managing general administrative activities (data entry, cashiering, organizing, etc.). Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business administration or accounting preferred. Governmental accounting experience preferred. Two (2) years’ experience in similar positions or any equivalent combination of education and experience, equivalency to be determined by the City.
