The City of Southlake is searching for a customer focused team player who is passionate about providing world class customer service to a world class community. The purpose of this position is to effectively execute service to all banquet, weddings, meetings and events at The Marq Southlake Legends Hall and Aria. This is accomplished by focusing on detail, quality presentation and customer service. This position may deal with complex issues that occasionally involve conflict requiring considerable tact and judgment.
