Valid VA Commercial driver’s license (CDL) including appropriate endorsements and a minimum of two (2) years driving experience; IMSA, Traffic Signal 1, Signs and Markings I, and Basic Work Zone I, VDOT Basic Work Zone and FEMA Incident Command certifications; High School diploma or GED; supplemented by three (3) years of experience in traffic signal maintenance and operations; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
