The Crew Leader is to lead and is to perform work functions to oversee crews involved in the construction, maintenance, and repair of streets, sidewalks and stormwater infrastructure. High School diploma or GED; supplemented by two (2) years of experience in construction, maintenance, and repair of streets and sidewalks; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Virginia Commercial driver’s license (CDL) including appropriate endorsements, with the ability to meet and maintain Town insurability requirements and a minimum of two (2) years driving experience. Flagging Work Zone, First Aid and CPR, OSHA Lockout/Tag out.
