Under the direct supervision of the Engineering Director, the Assistant Director of Engineering for Land Development and Operations assists in the planning, reviewing, and management of professional engineering work involved with land development planning, design, inspections and construction. Valid VA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience; must possess and maintain certification as a Professional Engineer in Virginia; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering supplemented by five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in Civil Engineering and project management.
