Under the direct supervision of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor the Crew Leader is to lead and perform skilled and semi-skilled work associated with maintenance of buildings, equipment, grounds, aquatics facility maintenance and other related facilities. High School diploma or GED; supplemented by four (4) years of experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing electrical systems, mechanical systems, general construction, and/or custodial maintenance; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Virginia Commercial driver’s license (CDL) including appropriate endorsements, with the ability to meet and maintain Town insurability requirements and a minimum of two (2) years driving experience. HVAC and Electrical certifications, preferred.
