The Custodian is to perform general janitorial and light maintenance work in the care or Town buildings and grounds. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; supplemented by six (6) months experience in cleaning and light building maintenance; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Valid, Virginia driver’s license with the ability to meet/maintain Town insurability requirements with a minimum of two (2) years driving experience.
