Under the direct supervision of the Director of Parks and Recreation, the Field Maintenance position is responsible for performing various semi-skilled maintenance, landscaping, and construction tasks in the Town’s parks, playing fields, and recreational facilities. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; supplemented by two (2) years of experience in maintenance, landscaping, custodial or construction; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Valid Virginia driver’s license with the ability to meet/maintain Town insurability requirements.
