The City of Camdenton (pop. 3,718) (4th class City), located in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks is accepting applications for the position of City Administrator.  The City has 46 fulltime employees and approximately $6 million annual budget. Requirements:  The City Administrator is the chief executive officer to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen and shall have general superintending control of the administration and management of the government business, officers and employees of the City.  Applicant must possess considerable experience in public and personnel management, public finance, grant preparation, infrastructure management and economic development.  At a minimum the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration and at least five (5) years of experience in municipal government.    Salary commensurate with experience, education, and training. The City offers a comprehensive health and retirement benefit package.  Pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening is required as a condition of employment.
