Uses various indoor equipment, buffers, mops, etc. Also performs extensive manual labor. Skill in performing work requiring strength and agility in all weather conditions; ;skill in lifting heavy objects; skill in preventative and minor maintenance repair on tools and equipment; skill in operating the assigned equipment; and skill in using hand tools to perform manual labor tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must possess or be able to obtain a Texas drivers license. A minimum of six (6) months experience in performing construction work requiring the use of equipment similar to or the same as assigned to this position. Any work related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above required knowledge, skills, and abilities is an acceptable substitute for the above specified education and experience requirements. Salary is $34,605.00 annually; $16.64 per hour.
