Human Resources Generalist (Full-Time) – Town of Christiansburg

The Human Resources Generalist is to assist in human resource activities including, but not limited to, human resource information systems, benefits, payroll, and other duties as assigned. Education and experience must be in human resources, information technology, business management, or other business-related field. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university plus an internship or one year of HR experience; Associates degree from a regionally accredited college or university and four years of HR experience; High school diploma or GED supplemented by seven or more years of HR experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; extensive high level customer service experience may be considered;  Virginia driver’s license with the ability to meet and maintain Town driving eligibility requirements.
