Compensation: $92,258 annually or higher DOQ (FLSA Exempt); Full Time w/benefits; employer paid Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Employer Assistance Program & New Benefits; TMRS participation of 7% with a 2/1 match; paid vacation and sick days; longevity pay, and 11 paid holidays.

Job Description: Plans, develops, organizes, directs field, support, and administrative departments/activated including engineering, streets, parks and public grounds maintenance, water/sewer, building maintenance and all public works departments and employees.  Position involves many tasks and duties which involve broad functions and processes of an administrative and professional nature requiring decision making and analysis.  Position involves regular contact with the public in structured situations that may require the incumbent to negotiate as a representative of the City.

Job Requirements:

​

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements at the time of application:

• Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, engineering or related field; Master’s Degree in related field and/or registered professional engineer (P.E.) preferred;
• A minimum of seven years progressive experience in municipal government, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity;
• Valid Class C Texas driver’s license;
• Class C water and wastewater license preferred
