Under the general supervision of the Finance Director, performs professional and administrative work in the Finance Department.   Assists in the preparation and presentation of the annual budget.   Monitors department expenditures and assists departments with budgetary analysis.   Prepares month-end closing journal entries, and prepares financial reports for directors, management, and external auditors.   Assists in the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
