Provides strengths-based case management, specifically housing placement and support to homeless individuals with disabilities including substance use and significant primary and meA Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have a valid Texas drivers license.
A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
Two years of experience with homeless population or two years in a related direct human service field working with underserved populations is preferred.

The position is grant funded and renewal is contingent upon the availability of funds. Grant funded positions are typically limited in term. The end date of the grant does not guarantee employment for the duration of the grant.
