Description | OPEN UNTIL FILLED PAY RATE DOE + Q $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually EXAMPLES OF DUTIES Manage the Business Development process generating a pool of qualified prospects. Coordinate sales calls to potential prospective clients. Product results and meet annual sales goals. Initiate and coordinate site visits. Capture and track progress of business development efforts.\ Conduct research, compile data, and develop response packets. Monitor and provide reports on client projects. Determine market and financial feasibility of new real estate development and investment opportunities. Become subject matter expert in key industries. Coordinate and/or lead pre-development work. Participate in financial feasibility of proposed projects. Successfully generate a pipeline of projects based on annual outlined deliverables. Coordinate with and distribute information on projects to all team members, finance, legal, construction, property management. Foster introductions and deals; conduct tours for brokers. Maintain an extensive database by documenting calls, visits, and correspondences with companies and prospects. Direct the publication of promotional materials, audio-visual media, and other support literature to promote the area’s business climate. Suggest targeted pieces or ads. Coordinate with Marketing Director on ad placement, promotional materials, and other needed marketing elements. Direct the development and implementation of a prospect development system. Foster relationships with corporate CEO’s, Presidents, and decision-makers.
