The primary objectives of this job are to provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT Help Desk. The role involves administering, installing, and maintaining technical applications, equipment, and services, with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end-users.  Assist with troubleshooting troubleshoot fiber optic network, wireless networks, LAN, SCADA systems, web servers, PBX, voice messaging services, telephones, workstations, printers, and other electronic equipment; assist departments by making recommendations and providing direction for purchasing technical hardware and software and implementing technology systems.
